And sometimes darkness lifts
Revealing a clear fate
Just walk on straight
To find all of life's gifts.

And if you pause to think
At what lies up ahead
Keep going instead
Don't look over the brink.

And should you give up hope
Seeing how hard's the climb
Remember it takes time
To learn just how to cope.

But there's one thing alone
To stop you in your stride
That is trying to hide
Your fear of the unknown.....
